Delphi Watersports is a leading watersports company on the island with over 30 years of operating experience in the industry. We offer over 15 different water and land activities, including tours and equipment rental. Our main front office location is on the beach in front of the Hyatt Regency hotel. We have customers ranging from repeat-guests to first time visitors to the island. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional client relationship services and providing our guests with unforgettable experiences on the water and on land. Job Description

Our team is seeking a dedicated Catamaran Crew member to deliver the highest standard of safety and hospitality on the water. In this role, you will be an essential part of our sailing operations, assisting the Captain with vessel maneuvers, guest boarding, and the professional maintenance of our catamaran. You will act as a primary host for our guests during snorkeling trips and sunset cruises, ensuring their comfort while sharing your passion for Aruba’s marine environment. This position requires a vigilant eye for safety and a commitment to maintaining the pristine condition of our equipment, ensuring every tour reflects the professional stability and excellence Delphi Watersports is known for.

You should be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a patient, positive attitude. The ideal candidate is someone who can anticipate guest needs and find creative solutions to ensure a seamless experience on the water, even during high-occupancy tours.

Minimum requirements

• Excellent swimming skills and comfort in a marine environment
• Fluent in English, Dutch, and Spanish (speaking skills)
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor on a moving vessel
• Exceptional communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining safety protocols
• Collaborative attitude and a high level of punctuality

Additional pro’s

• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
• Previous experience in the maritime or watersports industry
• Basic knowledge of sailing techniques and boat maintenance
• Local knowledge of Aruba’s reefs, marine life, and coastal landmarks
• Additional language skills (e.g., German, French, or Portuguese)
