Position Highlights

Finance Supervisor. As a dynamic and results-driven leader, your core purpose is to guide the daily operations of the finance function, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will oversee financial reporting and budgeting support while proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes, adapt to shifting priorities, and elevate business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop finance team members to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Lead process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive timely and accurate completion of month-end close and financial reporting.
• Monitor financial results, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with operational leaders to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Streamline processes to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability.
• Communicate financial insights clearly and confidently to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Proven supervisory experience in a finance or accounting role within a fast-paced commercial environment. Fluency in English; knowledge of Papiamento or Dutch is highly valued for local compliance and business navigation. Strong background in accounting standards and financial operations.

Core Skills:

Financial reporting, month-end close execution, budgeting and forecasting, process optimization, and internal control compliance.

Soft Skills:

Decisive, persuasive, and action-oriented. Proactive leader who is energized by motivating teams, adapting to new challenges, and communicating insights with clarity.
