Room Attendant

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and bright individual to join our Housekeeping team as Room Attendant in order to provide excellent customer service to our guests. As Room Attendant you are responsible for the assigned rooms, ensuring that each room is cleaned, well stocked and serviced in a timely manner and according to our high standards. You are able to resolve guest complaints and inquiries promptly and in a polite manner. You are able to work in a fast paced environment and work under pressure while maintaining our high level standards at all times. Guest service comes naturally to you and you find joy in providing extraordinary guest experiences.

Expectations:

• Experience in similar position preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English; other European language is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
• Ability to pull, lift and push moderate to heavy weight

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Tech savvy
• Proficiency in English, other European language is a plus
• Must be flexible, able to work in shifts (AM / PM), weekends and holidays
