In this essential role, you’ll ensure our kitchen operations run smoothly while supporting our commitment to exceptional hospitality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization throughout service periods
• Set up and manage dish stations efficiently
• Operate and maintain dish cleaning equipment effectively
• Wash and sanitize all food-contact pans, utensils, and equipment
• Remove food identifiers and labels from all service items
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen operations

Requirements:

• EPB Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
• Trilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, and Papiamento
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and temperature control
• Ability to maintain composure and positivity during high-pressure service periods
• Flexible availability to accommodate varying shift schedules
• Professional demeanor with excellent team communication skills
