Job Title: Therapist (Outpost & Indoor)

Position Overview

Mandara Spa, the fastest growing spa company worldwide, is currently seeking qualified and guest-focused professionals for the position of Outpost & Indoor Therapist in Aruba. This role is ideal for experienced therapists who are passionate about wellness, service excellence, and delivering high-quality spa experiences in a luxury resort environment.

As a Therapist, you will provide a range of spa and salon services while ensuring every guest receives personalized, professional, and memorable care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage therapies, body treatments, waxing services, and salon techniques according to Mandara Spa standards
• Provide exceptional guest service and create a relaxing, welcoming environment
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of treatment areas
• Ensure compliance with spa protocols, safety, and sanitation standards
• Support both indoor spa operations and outpost service locations as required
• Promote spa services, products, and wellness experiences in a professional manner

Requirements

• Ability to speak, read, and write English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento
• Valid diplomas, certificates, and licenses in:
  • Massage Therapy
  • Body Treatments
  • Waxing Services
  • Salon Techniques
• Prior professional experience required
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
