Position Highlights
Part-Time Sales Associate (Sales Star). In this engaging retail role, you will represent our boutique brand, welcome visitors, provide personalized styling and product recommendations, and drive store sales performance. Working flexible part-time hours—including evenings and weekends—you will play an essential role in delivering memorable customer experiences within a lively boutique setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet boutique visitors with an enthusiastic, customer-focused approach
- Assist customers with product selections, styling advice, and brand inquiries
- Drive store performance to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Process customer payments and cash/card transactions accurately at the point of sale
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising standards, and merchandise organization
- Support inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and restocking merchandise
- Collaborate effectively with team members across scheduled evening and weekend shifts
Requirements, Skills & Traits
Requirements:
Fluency in English is strictly required to effectively communicate with international visitors and local guests. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening shifts and weekends. Genuine interest in fashion, styling, and engaging with people. Applicants must possess valid authorization to work in Aruba.
Core Skills:
Retail sales techniques, customer engagement, and active listening. Basic cash handling and point-of-sale transaction processing. Visual merchandising awareness and product organization.
Soft Skills:
Highly enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer-focused demeanor. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working collaboratively within a energetic boutique team.
Success Metrics
Consistent achievement of sales goals and positive customer feedback. Reliable, punctual attendance across flexible weekend and evening shifts. High standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and stock accuracy.
