Position Highlights
Pool & Beach Spa Therapist. In this prestigious role, you serve as a dedicated provider of tranquility and luxury within a world-class beachfront setting. You will exercise quiet authority and technical expertise to deliver a comprehensive menu of wellness services, including holistic massages and specialized body treatments. By maintaining a polished, professional demeanor and executing therapies with absolute precision, you contribute to the global reputation of a brand focused on total guest revitalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies.
- Provide expert manicure and pedicure services to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a meticulously organized and hygienic treatment environment in outdoor pool and beach areas.
- Actively promote wellness services and achieve established sales targets through professional consultation.
- Ensure seamless and quiet communication to protect the tranquility of the guest’s transition to treatment.
- Adhere strictly to international service, hygiene, and environmental protocols.
Requirements, Skills & Traits
Requirements:
Must hold a degree or current professional license in aesthetics. Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist is mandatory. The ability to perform physical therapeutic work in an outdoor resort environment is required.
Core Skills:
Hands-on mastery of diverse massage and body therapy techniques. Proficiency in high-end international product lines such as Payot, L’Oreal, and OPI. Good knowledge of the English language is essential for guest interaction.
Soft Skills:
A friendly, driven, and service-first personality. High degree of discipline and a solution-oriented mindset.
