Position Highlights

Activities Attendant. As an engaging and creative professional, your core purpose is to elevate the guest experience by leading dynamic outdoor activities and programs. You will focus primarily on creating fun, safe, and memorable experiences for kids and teens, acting as a friendly ambassador for the resort’s recreational offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, promote, and execute daily recreational activities for children and teenagers
• Engage with guests outdoors in a friendly, approachable, and service-minded manner
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for all activity participants
• Utilize creative abilities to develop new and exciting entertainment options for younger guests
• Assist the broader activities team in maintaining equipment and recreational spaces

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Must possess a minimum of a MAVO Diploma or equivalent educational background. Proven ability and genuine interest in working with kids and teens. Multilingual communication skills are required, specifically fluency in English and Spanish.

Core Skills:

Activity coordination, outdoor guest engagement, creative program execution, and multilingual communication.

Soft Skills:

Friendly personality, service-minded approach, highly creative, and enthusiastically comfortable working in an outdoor resort environment.

Success Metrics

Guest participation in kids and teens programs remains consistently high. Activities are executed safely and enthusiastically, resulting in positive guest feedback. The outdoor recreational environment is perceived as welcoming, engaging, and exceptionally family-friendly.
