Our Front Office and Guest Service teams serve as the welcoming face of our properties, ensuring a seamless and high-quality stay for every guest at our iconic Eagle Beach locations.
Guest Service Representative. In this essential front-facing role, you serve as the primary ambassador for the guest experience. Your core purpose is to manage the welcome and departure journey with professional poise and quiet authority. By providing attentive service, managing detailed administrative tasks, and resolving inquiries with optimism, you ensure that every guest feels valued and supported throughout their stay at Divi Resorts.
A MAVO or High School diploma is required, with an Associate degree in Hospitality preferred. Previous experience in a hotel or customer-focused industry is highly valued. Candidates must hold a Dutch passport or a valid work permit.
Proficiency in computer systems and property management software. Full fluency in English and Dutch; additional proficiency in Spanish or Papiamento is a significant asset for local service excellence. Basic mathematical ability for financial transactions.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a friendly, outgoing personality. Strong organizational precision and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A service-minded approach with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Excellence in this role is demonstrated by high guest satisfaction scores and positive online review mentions. Success is measured by the accuracy of administrative and financial transactions, the seamless management of guest transitions, and the proactive resolution of issues before they escalate, maintaining a smooth operation for the Front Office team.
