Position Highlights

Food & Beverage Supervisor. In this central leadership role, you will support F&B Leaders in overseeing daily dining operations, banqueting, and organized events. Your core purpose is to guide and train service staff while maintaining a calm, confident, and understated professional presence. By ensuring seamless service, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency, you directly elevate the dining experience for our guests and contribute to the stability of our resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist F&B Leaders in directing daily operations, banquets, and special events across outlets.
• Prepare duty rosters, manage staff attendance, and coordinate meal breaks effectively.
• Guide, train, and mentor new and existing service staff to uphold high hospitality standards.
• Manage daily cash and credit collections, ensuring perfect financial accuracy.
• Oversee daily sales reporting and take active responsibility for revenue and profit margins.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and accurately account for all daily outlet stocks.
• Handle guest feedback and thoughtfully resolve concerns with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Uphold rigorous workstation cleanliness and strictly enforce Food Safety and HACCP guidelines.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

EPI Culinary Diploma or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory position. A valid Health Card and a Dutch Passport or valid working permit. Flexibility to work various operational shifts.

Core Skills:

Full fluency in English, Spanish, and Dutch to connect with a diverse team and international clientele. Comprehensive understanding of Food Safety and HACCP guidelines. Proficiency in inventory management, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.

Soft Skills:

A service-minded approach with excellent communication capabilities. The ability to multitask effectively and maintain a friendly, professional composure during peak dining hours.

Excellence is demonstrated through seamless dining operations, accurate daily financial reporting, and consistently positive guest feedback. Success is measured by your ability to effectively mentor junior staff, maintain optimal stock levels without waste, and contribute positively to the department’s overall revenue and service goals.
