Position Highlights

Helper All Around – 5 days per week 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm. In this role, you serve as a vital member of our daily operations team, ensuring the consistent availability of products and the organization of our facility. You are responsible for maintaining our high standards of order and cleanliness to provide a seamless shopping experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Fill and restock the coolers consistently to ensure continuous product availability throughout the day.
• Keep the storeroom areas highly organized, safe, and clean to support efficient logistics.
• Support general daily minimarket operations as a versatile all-around helper wherever needed.
• Maintain a neat and welcoming store environment by proactively managing floor cleanliness and display quality.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Candidates must be 25 years or older. Male applicants preferred. A valid Dutch Passport, Firma Liber or valid work permit is required. Full fluency in English, Spanish, and Papiamento is necessary to assist our diverse international clientele.

Core Skills:

Strong physical capability to manage inventory, lift heavy stock, and organize storeroom areas. Proficiency in retail stocking protocols and basic inventory maintenance.

Soft Skills:

Professional reliability, punctuality, and a hardworking mindset. Ability to work collaboratively within a small, fast-paced team.

Success Metrics

Maintains full inventory availability in coolers during all peak traffic hours. Consistently receives positive feedback on storeroom and floor organization. Demonstrates high reliability through punctual attendance and proactive completion of daily tasks.
