These Candidate Terms apply in addition to our general Terms of Use and govern your use of Aruba Jobs as a Jobseeker/Candidate account.

Candidate Accounts

Creating a Candidate profile is free. You agree to provide accurate information about your identity, work history, and qualifications.

Your Profile & Applications

Information in your profile (such as your name, contact details, work history, and resume) is shared with employers and recruiters when you apply to their listings, or when your profile is visible in the Candidate Directory according to your chosen privacy setting.

No Guarantee of Employment

Aruba Jobs is a platform connecting candidates with employers. We do not guarantee that you will receive interviews, offers, or employment through the platform.

Employer Responsibility

Employers and recruiters using Aruba Jobs are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their hiring decisions, communications, or workplace practices. If something seems suspicious, see our Safety & Scam Reporting page.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit false information, misrepresent your identity or qualifications, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Termination

You may deactivate your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
