Position Highlights

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced sales or business development environment. Fluency in English and Papiamento to effectively navigate the local market. Strong background in B2B sales and market expansion.

Strategic sales planning, pipeline management, revenue forecasting, team leadership, and cross-departmental collaboration.
