Public Area Attendant

The Public Area Attendant is integral to maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards in all public spaces of the hotel, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms. Working closely with the housekeeping team, this role ensures that the resort’s public areas remain impeccably clean and inviting, enhancing the overall guest experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Ensure high presentation standards are met across all assigned spaces.
• Replenish supplies and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Assist the housekeeping department as needed to support smooth daily operations.
• Deliver excellent service with a friendly and professional attitude toward guests and colleagues.

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferable.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic English communication skills are a plus.
