Job Title: Floating Concierge

Location: Mandara Spa – Marriott Vacation Club

Position Overview

Mandara Spa, the fastest growing spa company worldwide, is seeking a professional and service-driven Floating Concierge to support guest services across spa locations in Aruba. This role is ideal for an organized, personable individual who excels in guest interaction, sales, and service coordination within a luxury hospitality environment.

As a Concierge, you will serve as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and informative spa experience while supporting multiple service areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a high level of personalized customer service
• Assist guests with spa information, reservations, and service recommendations
• Support sales efforts by promoting spa services, packages, and retail products
• Manage scheduling and guest flow across spa locations
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate records and follow spa procedures and standards
• Support multiple spa or guest service locations as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Guest services certifications and strong customer service skills
• Sales experience with the ability to upsell services professionally
• Ability to speak, read, and write English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento
• MAVO or HAVO diploma
• Prior experience in a spa or guest relations environment preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
