Position Highlights

Delivery Driver. This dual-function role is essential for maintaining our high standards of inventory management and customer fulfillment. You will act as the final link between our warehouse and our valued clients, requiring a professional demeanor and a commitment to the safe, timely delivery of products across the island.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles according to designated routes and schedules.
• Load and unload goods onto the vehicle, ensuring all items are securely stacked to prevent damage.
• Verify all delivery instructions, manifests, and invoices for accuracy before departure.
• Provide polite and efficient service to customers during the delivery process.
• Conduct daily routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the delivery vehicle at all times.
• Assist with warehouse duties including inventory organization, shelf stocking, and order picking.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean and verifiable driving record. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a delivery or logistics-related role. Comprehensive knowledge of local Aruban roads and commercial districts.

Core Skills:

Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Basic mathematical skills for order verification and administrative accuracy. Proficiency in vehicle maintenance and safety checks.

Soft Skills:

Proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Papiamento.

Maintains a 100% record of timely, damage-free deliveries and accurate order verification. Consistently upholds high standards of vehicle cleanliness and professional conduct. Demonstrates high reliability through punctual attendance and effective collaboration with the warehouse team.
