Position Overview

Carex Paper Products N.V. is looking for an authoritative and independent Administrative Supervisor to lead our administrative team and oversee daily office operations. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for ensuring that all financial reporting, payroll, and departmental workflows meet our high standards of excellence. This role is designed for a professional who enjoys a challenge and seeks to make a strategic impact within a premier Aruban supply chain leader while fostering a high-performance team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Directly supervise, mentor, and evaluate administrative staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily office workflows, set departmental priorities, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Financial Oversight: Oversee basic bookkeeping, manage departmental budgets, and ensure the accuracy of financial reports and payroll processing.
• Compliance & Policy: Interpret and enforce company procedures, ensuring all administrative activities meet internal and regulatory standards.
• Cross-Departmental Liaison: Act as a central point of communication between front-line staff and senior management to resolve operational challenges.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Required).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a related supervisory or senior administrative field.
• Proven leadership skills with an authoritative and decisive management style.
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in written and verbal English and Dutch.
