Position Highlights
As a part-time Cashier All Around, you will be an essential part of our daily retail operations between 2:00pm – 7:00pm. This multifaceted role goes beyond standard transaction processing; you will take ownership of store presentation and inventory management to ensure a welcoming and organized shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle the cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
• Receive incoming products and manage store inventory effectively.
• Price products correctly and maintain accurate labeling.
• Organize merchandise strategically and ensure all shelves are kept immaculately clean.
Requirements, Skills & Traits
Requirements
Candidates must be female applicants aged 25 years or older. A valid Dutch Passport or Firma Liber is strictly required. You must also have open availability to work flexible shifts, including holidays.
Core Skills
Essential capabilities include proficiency in handling cash registers and comprehensive retail product management (receiving, pricing, and organizing). Multilingual fluency in English, Spanish, and Papiamento is required to successfully assist our diverse clientele.
Soft Skills
The ideal candidate is highly reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-service driven. Strong organizational skills and an inherent focus on cleanliness are necessary to maintain the store’s visual standards.
