Warehouse & Administration Associate. Your core purpose is to serve as the backbone of our company by combining hands-on warehouse logistics with crucial administrative duties. You will act as a critical support system for our all retail stores, treating store associates as internal clients and ensuring their inventory and operational requests are handled with efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism.
Proven professional experience with inventory control, stock transfers, and administrative operations. Physically capable of handling hands-on warehouse tasks in a dynamic environment. Comfortable utilizing technology and learning new systems, with previous Odoo experience considered a strong advantage.
Inventory control, invoice processing, purchasing support, vendor correspondence, accurate record-keeping, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and goal-oriented. A flexible and adaptable professional who operates with a strong sense of ownership, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a service-oriented mindset.
Internal requests from our stores are processed accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless retail operations. Inventory records and administrative reporting remain precise and consistently up to date. Vendor correspondence and claims are managed smoothly, reducing operational friction. The warehouse environment adapts proactively to changing priorities.
