Position Overview

Mandara Spa, the fastest growing spa company worldwide, is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for the position of Accounting Clerk & Payroll/HR in Aruba. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in administrative and financial functions while delivering great guest service behind the scenes of a luxury resort environment.

As an Accounting Clerk & Payroll/HR, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily financial and human resources operations of the spa, ensuring seamless backend processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting and bookkeeping functions to ensure accurate financial records
• Manage and process employee payroll efficiently using Payroll Pro
• Provide essential administrative and HR support to the spa management team
• Maintain organized physical and digital records utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel
• Handle general office duties and support cross-departmental communication
• Deliver excellent guest service skills when interacting with staff, management, and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company financial protocols and confidentiality standards

Requirements

• Ability to speak, read, and write English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento
• Minimum HAVO Diploma
• Experience with QuickBooks and Payroll Pro
• Excellent computer skills, with mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Great guest service skills and a highly organized approach to work
• Prior administrative or accounting experience in a spa or hospitality environment is preferred
