Concierge / Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and bright individual to join our concierge team. Guest service comes naturally to you and you find joy in providing extraordinary guest experiences. Responsible to provide a friendly and efficient check-in/out process, telephone service and offer assistance to our guests ensuring their satisfaction. Responsible for guest services such as assisting with their complete vacation itinerary; planning and organizing activities, assist in recommending and booking dinners, car rentals, flight-and transfer confirmations, etc.

Expectations

• Preferably with experience in customer service
• Proficiency in English and a minimum of one other European language such as Italian and/or German. Dutch and Spanish are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills
• Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
• Ability in multitasking management
• Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent sales skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position with Hotel Operations
• Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management or relevant field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Proficiency in English and minimum one other European language such as Italian and/or German. Dutch and Spanish are a plus.
