Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and bright individual to join our lunch team at Elements Restaurant. Guest service comes naturally to you and you find joy in providing extraordinary guest experiences.
EXPECTATIONS
– Experience in customer service and hospitality is required
– Proficiency in English; other European languages such as Italian/German are a plus
– Excellent communication skills
– Highly motivated and a team player
– Outgoing personality, polite and confident with a great deal of patience
– Strong attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in a similar position
– Passion for hospitality and excellent service
– Excellent written and oral communication skills
– Proficiency in English and other European language is a plus
– Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
– Thorough knowledge of Food Safety Procedures
– Must have a valid Health Certificate
– Must be flexible, able to work weekends and holidays
