Position Highlights

Car Washer. In this essential operational role, you are responsible for maintaining the high visual and hygienic standards of our vehicle fleet. Your core purpose is to ensure every rental vehicle is meticulously cleaned and prepared for our clients. By applying strong attention to detail and working efficiently in various outdoor conditions, you contribute directly to our reputation for quality and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough exterior washing and interior cleaning of rental vehicles.
• Ensure all vehicles are meticulously prepared to meet company presentation standards before client handover.
• Safely maneuver and park vehicles within the rental lot.
• Work collaboratively with the rental team to prioritize vehicle preparation based on customer demand.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting directly with clients.
• Maintain physical readiness to operate in various Aruban weather conditions.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

A valid Driver’s license and a valid work permit are mandatory. Candidates must have the flexibility and ability to work on weekends. Good physical condition is required to comfortably work in various weather conditions.

Core Skills:

Multilingual communication abilities, specifically the ability to speak English, Dutch, and Spanish. Familiarity with safe vehicle handling and detailing procedures.

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail to ensure pristine vehicle presentation. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.

Success Metrics

Excellence in this role is demonstrated by consistently high standards of vehicle cleanliness and rapid turnaround times.
