Position Highlights

Pool Attendant. As an energetic and guest-focused professional, your core purpose is to maintain a welcoming, clean, and safe environment around our managed pool facilities. You will interact positively with guests, respond quickly to service needs, and ensure that all pool decks and surrounding amenities are impeccably maintained to the highest hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests enthusiastically and provide excellent, proactive customer service at all times
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the pool deck and surrounding lounge areas
• Rearrange, clean, and monitor pool furniture, umbrellas, and towel stations continuously
• Respond swiftly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and facility maintenance needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members to manage tasks in a lively, high-vibrancy setting

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Must possess a valid Driver’s License to facilitate travel between service locations. Prior experience in a similar customer service or hospitality role is a plus, but is not required as on-the-job training will be provided.

Core Skills:

Guest service execution, physical stamina for outdoor work, task management, and basic facility organization.

Soft Skills:

Enthusiastic and positive attitude, strong team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
