Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of routine preventive maintenance work including replacing locks, light bulbs, etc.
• Perform various plumbing related work.
• Perform routine repair and maintenance work on heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment such as changing filters, etc.
• Perform repair on small appliances such as fans, vacuum cleaners, microwave ovens, etc.

Requirements and Qualifications

• EPB Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of work experience in a similar position.
• Can understand and speak Papiamento, English and Spanish
• Has basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry skills
• Has a Dutch Passport or a valid work permit
