Job Description
As a Human Resources Coordinator at Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort, you provide general support to the Human Resources and Administration department and assist the Human Resources Manager with various functions and activities including HR administration and other office/administrative tasks.
The HR Coordinator maintains productivity, harmony, and clear communication between management and personnel through accurate and digital personnel record-keeping and HR- and payroll administration. Greeting, assisting, and providing prompt and courteous service to guests, applicants, associates, team members, and managers at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Two years of HR Experience in a similar role, previous HR hospitality operations preferred
- Associate’s degree in HR or relevant field, Bachelor’s degree in HRM or relevant field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills
- Proficiency in English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento
- Tech-savvy with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, experience with Payroll Pro is a plus
- Flexibility and ability to work Monday-Saturday (based on a 5-day workweek)
