Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and bright individual to join our dinner team at Elements Restaurant. Guest service comes naturally to you and you find joy in providing extraordinary guest experiences.
EXPECTATIONS
- Experience in customer service and hospitality is required
- Proficiency in English; other European languages such as Italian/German are a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated and a team player
- Outgoing personality, polite and confident with a great deal of patience
- Strong attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in a fine dining establishment
- Passion for hospitality and excellent service
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in English and other European language is a plus
- Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
- Thorough knowledge of HACCP Food Safety Procedures
- Must have a valid Health Certificate
- Must be flexible, able to work weekends and holidays
