Requirements
- Prior experience in Hospitality, Recreation, Outdoor Activities
- Physically fit & able to work outdoors (in all weather conditions)
- Capable of carrying equipment such as Kayaks, Paddleboards and Floats
- Basic water safety knowledge with ability to instruct guests on equipment
- Lifeguard & First-Aid Certification preferred
- Strong teamwork & communication skills – adept at promoting & selling tours
- Flexible availability, including weekends & holidays
