Job Description
Tradewinds is seeking a friendly and proactive fulltime SALES ASSOCIATES to join our team for our stores located at Hilton, Costa Linda, Marriott and Riu Antillas and Palace.
Starting salary AWG 2,250.00 per month plus commission
About The Opportunity
This opportunity is open to individuals who are passionate about fashion and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
As a member of the Tradewinds team, you’ll be tasked with delivering an outstanding guest experience by:
- Greeting the guests and addressing guest inquiries
- Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Up- and cross-selling products to increase purchase amount
- Processing and recording sales transactions
- Restocking and organizing merchandise as required
- Providing support with inventory procedures

Requirements:
- English speaking required
- Flexibility to work shifts
- MAVO Diploma or Associate’s Degree
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant guest service experience preferred
- Valid work permit
