Job Description
Renova Spa is seeking a Technical Spa Supervisor
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Spa Supervisor to oversee our team of therapists, ensuring the highest quality of service in accordance with Renova Spa protocols. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills and be eager to learn and implement company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master all Renova Spa protocols and standards for services.
- Train and mentor new and existing spa therapists to meet our quality and service standards.
- Continually assess and enhance service protocols to maintain industry-leading standards.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of spa therapists to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to management.
Technical Proficiency:
- Utilize Excel and other computer programs for scheduling, reporting, and operational tasks.
Customer Service:
- Ensure an excellent client experience by maintaining high standards of customer service.
