Job Description

Renova Spa is seeking for a Spa Operation Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and responsible for all the aspects of the Day Spa
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Build customer loyalty through excellent customer service
  • Coordinate programs, create staff schedules and delegate the staff
  • Coordinate briefings, monthly meetings with the staff
  • Handle conflicts or issues related to staff or customers
  • Accountable for overall performance, sustainability, and profitability of the business at the Spa
  • Having a big picture vision that allows you to identify future strategies and trends, a keen eye for detail is essential
  • Build a positive business relationship with all internal and external suppliers to meet common business goals
  • You must have a passion for the job

Our ideal applicant must have several years of experience in cosmetology or spa management, and love for the Spa industry.
