Job Description

RED SAIL ARUBA is hiring a Reservation Agent / Concierge Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of hospitality experience
  • Supervisory/Management experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of concierge & reservation systems
  • Experience in scheduling, training and performance management
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and staff
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and ensure high service standards
  • Flexible to weekends, holidays & varying hours
