Job Description

We’re hiring a Beach Operations Assistant

If you’re passionate about the outdoors, love working by the beach, and enjoy creating unforgettable guest experiences, this is the job for you!

Requirements
  • Prior experience in Hospitality, Recreation, Outdoor Activities
  • Physically fit & able to work outdoors (in all weather conditions)
  • Capable of carrying equipment such as Kayaks, Paddleboards and Floats
  • Basic water safety knowledge with ability to instruct guests on equipment
  • Lifeguard & First-Aid Certification preferred
  • Strong teamwork & communication skills – adept at promoting & selling tours
  • Flexible availability, including weekends & holidays
