Job Description

Join Our Sales Team at Divi Resorts

As a Sales Director you are responsible to lead and manage the daily activities and operations of the Sales Center and effective sales administration to secure the sales of vacation products, to maintain the customer relationship after the sales are completed to ensure continued owner satisfaction with the organization and to develope future business opportunities, and to achieve or exceed the sales revenue goals and profitability within the guidelines of the budget established by the Company. This position requires you to work weekends and holidays if business goals must be met.

Skills & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3+ years of proven successful relevant sales experience
  • Fluent in English language
  • Proficient in software systems including Microsoft Office
  • Able to lead effectively the team of sales staff, including managers, and maintain performance level under pressure or when experiencing changes and challenges in the workplace
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
  • Persuasive communication and customer-centric
  • Friendly, professional, and positive
