Responsibilities

• Accurately post all daily activities on the lobby Activity Board.
• Prepare and inspect towels, floats, and all necessary equipment before opening the Activities Center or Towel Hut.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
• Ensure the Towel Hut and Activities Center are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Verify towel cards are available and correctly organized.
• Collect and manage supplies as per requisitions from the supervisor.
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures with professionalism and respect.
• Oversee sign-up procedures for all games, activities, and equipment use.
• Attend all scheduled departmental meetings.
• Familiarize yourself with the property layout and emergency procedures.
• Make copies of documents as needed.
• Empty and clean trash bins daily.
• Open and close the Towel Hut at designated times.
• Store floats properly—never leave them standing by the door.
• Thank all departing guests courteously.
• Maintain accurate daily float inventory and conduct monthly towel inventory.

Requirements and Qualifications

• EPB High School Diploma or equivalent
• 18 years and up
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch
• Can work different shifts
• Service oriented and pleasant personality
• Has a Dutch Passport or a valid work permit
