Responsibilities

• All outside parts and any fixtures and fittings inside the guestroom.
• Pipes, wiring, fittings for your AC/heating system, drains.
• Power and lighting.
• Any smoke detectors we have installed.
• Servicing appliances, common facilities or open areas.
• Replacing lost keys and changing locks.
• Replacing bulbs and fluorescent starters.
• Repairing doors and fixtures (this includes making adjustments for new carpets).
• Clear blocked waste pipes or toilets.
• Filling minor cracks or holes in wall plaster.
• Putting up any TV’s.
• Replacing the battery in your smoke detector (if it is battery-operated).

Requirements and Qualifications

• EPB Diploma
• Experience preferred but not required
• Can understand and speak Papiamento and English
• Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mason skills
• Service oriented
• Strong physical condition
• Has a Dutch Passport or a valid work permit
