Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • The Accounting Manager is responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, cost control and compliance.
  • Responsible for financial reporting to the General Manager and the Board of Directors, as well as compliance with government rules and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 yrs of experience in similar position
  • Worked in the hotel industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamento
Position skills
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem- solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with Management and the Board of Directors
