As an Operations Assistant, I had the role of coordinating De Palm’s luxury private transfers and providing guest meet-and-greet services at the airport. My role involved efficient scheduling and coordination of 10-15 private cars providing transfers to and from the airport, while ensuring seamless communication with clients and drivers. My utmost dedication and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced airport and hotel environment contributed to the daily success of the private transfer services of the Palm Tours.
