Cashier/Attendant

The attendant position came with responsibilities such as being responsible for the accurate processing of payments and keeping the cash register. Handling returns and complaints from customers professionally. Taking care of excellent customer service by being friendly and helpful to customers. Which in turn, helped me better my abilities in the field of customer service.

Helper/Waiter

During my time at Lucca, I was able to learn the basics of working in a restaurant, such as how to interact with guests, carry trays, learning the menu, and wait on tables. It also helped my ability to communicate and work with others in a team environment.

Warehouse employee

As a warehouse employee it was my responsibility to manage the products that were going in and out of the warehouse. That meant unloading new shipments and categorizing them accordingly and packaging up outgoing products and preparing them for shipping.

Assistant employee

As an assistant employee, it was my job to be deployable and available in every department. On certain days I worked on product inspection and other days I worked in the production department.
