About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our resort’s F&B operations, including fine dining, bars, and events. This pivotal leadership role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving financial success while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across all F&B outlets, including Horizons Lounge, Passions on the Beach, and event spaces.
• Collaborate with culinary teams on menu planning and updates to align with guest preferences and trends.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to meet financial goals.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing F&B team, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Plan and execute banquets and special events in collaboration with event planners.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Foster relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
• Innovate with industry trends to enhance guest experiences and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant F&B management experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment.
• Fluency in English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento.
• Strong financial acumen with proven budget management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food, wine, and culinary trends.
• Proficiency in ALOHA POS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
