Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of routine preventive maintenance work including replacing locks, light bulbs, etc.
• Perform various plumbing related work
• Perform routine repair and maintenance work on heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment s.a. changing filters, etc.
• Perform repair on small appliances s.a. fans, vacuum cleaners, microwave ovens, etc.
• Be familiar with the property’s fire and emergency program
• Any other reasonable duties as required

Requirements and Qualifications

• EPB Technical Diploma or equivalent. Experience is not required but is welcome.
• Can understand and speak English and Spanish
• Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mason skills
• Can work different shifts
• Customer oriented
• Strong physical condition
• Has a Dutch Passport or a valid work permit
