Job Description
We are looking for a new team member to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings and related events, including pre-event consultations, vendor coordination, event setup, and day-of execution.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
- Assist in the preparation of event proposals, contracts, and final billing.
- Maintain detailed and accurate event files and records.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner.
- Attend and assist in overseeing the event on the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Highs School or EPI Diploma, with a minimum of 1 year in event planning or coordinator position preferred
- Fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch
- Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
- Great computer skills
- Service oriented
- Can work different shifts
- Has a Dutch Passport or a valid work permit
