Job Description
We are looking for a new team member to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Receive food ingredients and supplies from the main kitchen and pantry as required for daily operations.
- Review production schedules to determine food requirements, including variety and quantity needed.
- Prepare breakfast pastries daily.
- Maintain and follow recipe cards for all specifi c tasks in the pastry shop.
- Check on daily dessert specials and prepare display.
- Check cake request board daily for upcoming pre-ordered cakes.
- Maintain and record inventory, request stock, and estimate daily and weekly supply needs.
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure proper set-up, breakdown and cleaning of work area.
Requirements and Qualifications
- EPI Culinary Diploma or equivalent with 2 years in similar position
- Have confectionary and cake preparation/decoration skills
- Can understand and speak English and Spanish
- Follow food safety and HACCP guideline
- Can work different shifts
- Has a valid Health Card
- Has a Dutch Passport or a valid work permit
