Maintenance Technician (All-Around)

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician (All-Around) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting throughout the hotel property. This includes working on systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry to ensure all facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on hotel equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support hotel operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for guests and employees.

Qualifications:

• EPB or EPI education or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance practices (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Previous maintenance experience is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
