Type: Full-Time
About Us

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and lead our cleaning staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Train, motivate, and manage cleaning team members to meet performance standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed to company standards.
- Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
- Address any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills in Spanish & English.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
