Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of routine preventive maintenance work including replacing locks, light bulbs, painting jobs at the properties The Dutch Village, Divi Village and Divi Golf etc.
• Perform various plumbing related work.
• Perform routine repair and maintenance work on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment such as changing filters, etc.
• Perform repair on small appliances such as fans, vacuum cleaners, microwave ovens, etc.

Requirements and Qualifications

• EPB Diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position preferred
• Can understand and speak Papiamento and English
• Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry skills
• Strong physical condition
• Has a Dutch Passport or a valid work permit
