Job Description
We are looking for a new team member to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Receive food ingredients and supplies from the main kitchen and pantry as required for daily operations.
- Review production schedules to determine food requirements, including variety and quantity needed.
- Prepare and season a wide range of foods (vegetables, fruits, meats, soups, salads, cereals) following prescribed recipes.
- Perform various cooking techniques, including slicing, grinding, and cooking meats and vegetables.
- Carve and display meats, vegetables, fruits, and salads for service.
- Maintain and record inventory, request stock, and estimate daily and weekly supply needs.
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- EPB Culinary Diploma or equivalent with 2 years in similar position
- Can understand and speak English and Spanish
- Follow food safety and HACCP guideline
- Can work different shifts
- Has a valid Health Card
- Has a Dutch Passport or a valid work permit
