Job Description

We are looking for a new team member to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Receives food ingredients and supplies from the main kitchen and pantry as required for daily operations.
  • Reviews production schedules to determine food requirements, including variety and quantity needed.
  • Seasons and prepares a wide variety of foods such as vegetables, fruits, meats, soups, salads and cereals in accordance with prescribed recipes.
  • Slices, grinds and cooks meats and vegetables using a full range of cooking methods.
  • Carves and display meats, vegetables, fruits, and salads.
  • Maintains clean work areas, utensils and equipment.
  • Plate desserts.
  • Deliver, set-up, breakdown and clean up from buffet stations.
  • Ensures proper set-up, breakdown and cleaning of kitchen.
