Job Description
We are looking for a new team member to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Place all daily activities accurately on the Activity Board.
- Set up activities equipment and supplies before event is to take place.
- Maintain the Entertainment center always clean and orderly.
- Set up, conduct and break down orientation as scheduled considering all guests needs.
- Provide maps and directions to all guests as required.
- Comply with arrival/departure duty as scheduled and according to procedures.
- Solicit guest comments and inquire about satisfaction at all times.
- Set up and break down games/sports, etc.
- Coordinate tournaments and games.
- Organize crazy pool games for guests, always maintaining high safety standards.
- Maintain sound system in optimal condition.
- At all times possible floating/socializing with the guests is necessary, always maintaining respect and following hotel rules and regulations.
- Do weekly inventories in your area of responsibility.
- Attend departmental meetings as scheduled.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma. Experience preferred but not required
- Has a swimming diploma
- Valid first aid and CPR certification preferred
- Fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch
- Great people skills
- Service oriented
- Has a Dutch Passport or a valid work permit
