Sales Representative & Operations Coordinator

Make client bookings/reservations by phone, email or even in person at the hotels.

• Daily guests’ check-ins at the headquarter prior to departure on tour, including making payments.

• Represent the company at orientation meetings.

• Work on the actual tours as a driver, assist the main tour guide.

• Organization and execution of big tours for various Cruises (Carnival Cruises, Aida Cruises, etc.)

• Keep track of Tour guide sales performance at the existing restaurant and guest mentions on Trip
Advisor. This will help them get a bonus at the end of each month.

• Keep track of all sales by the Concierges and Salesperson. On a monthly basis, arrange check
payments based on their monthly sales.
